Training procedure in Faven Software LLC:

  1. notify us about your training needs, indicating the program from our offer, which is closest to your expectations
  2. our consultant will contact you to clarify the substantive requirements and determine which tools will be used during the training, taking into account your preferences
  3. we reserve the term for training
  4. we send questionnaires to the participants, aimed to optimally set pace, form and content of thetraining to their needs
  5. we do the training
  6. after completion of the training, we expect that you will share your opinions about it by filling out a survey devoted to it

Payments

The ultimate confirmation of your application is payment of the training fees. All orders of Faven Software's new customers must be paid in advance on the following bank account:

All non-first (trusted) customers may complete their payments no later than 7 days after completion of the chosen course.

Organisation of training

We prefer to work on laptops, without limiting anyone to use a specific operating system. Trainings:

  • take the form of lectures combined with practical workshops
  • last depending on the subject from 1 to 5 days from 9:00 - 17:00
  • upon request, ends with a test that checks assimilated knowledge
  • end up handing you personal certificate attesting your participation in the training

Location of the trainings

Our training center in Warsaw:

  • located in the heart of the city - an ideal transportation (train, metro, tram, bus)
  • air-conditioned training room
  • constant, fast connection to the Internet
  • during the training we provide hot and cold drinks and lunch during the lunch break

Training onsite:

  • upon request, classes can be conducted onsite

Resignation

In case of cancellation of the training more than 10 days prior to training, the customer does not bear the costs associated with booking of the training period.

In case of resignation from the training between 5-10 working days before the start of the training, the company Faven Software LLC reserves the right to charge the amount up to 50% of the training's price.

In case of cancellation of the training less than 5 working days before the start of the training, the customer will bear the full costs associated with booking of the training period.

It is possible to substitute a participant reported.
